The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of Mainland Junior Wrestling and shall, in general, supervise and control all of the business and affairs of the Mainland Junior Wrestling Club. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors. The President or the President's designee shall represent Mainland Junior Wrestling Club and its members with other wrestling associations.
In the absence of the President, the Vice President shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all of the powers and duties of the President. The Vice President shall perform such other duties as assigned by the President.
The Treasurer shall have charge and custody of, and be responsible for, all properties, funds and securities of the Mainland Junior Wrestling Club; receive and give receipts for moneys due and payable to the Mainland Junior Wrestling Club from any source whatsoever; deposit all such moneys and other valuable property in the name of the Mainland Junior Wrestling Club at such banks, trust companies or other depositories as may be designated by the Board of Directors; disburse the funds of the Mainland Junior Wrestling Club as may be ordered by the Board of Directors; render to the Board of Directors at the regular meetings, or whenever it may request, an account of all of his or her transactions as Treasurer and of the financial condition of the Mainland Junior Wrestling Club. In addition, the Treasurer shall perform all of the duties incident to the office of Treasurer. The Treasurer shall perform such other duties as assigned by the President.
The primary duty of the Secretary shall be to coordinate all communications to the members of the club and the public in general via email, social media and other sources. The Secretary shall also keep the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors and of any committees of the Board of Directors, having any authority of the Board of Directors in one or more books provided for that purpose; give all notices in accordance with the provisions of these Bylaws or as required by law; be custodian of the corporate records and, if adopted, of the seal of the Mainland Junior Wrestling Club; and keep a register of the post office and street addresses of each member which shall be furnished to the Secretary by each member; and in general, have such other powers and perform all duties incident to the office of the secretary. The Secretary shall ensure that a copy of the Mainland Junior Wrestling Club Bylaws and policies are forwarded to each Officer and Director each year. The Secretary shall perform such other duties as assigned by the President.
The Team Coordinator shall be responsible for all parents and coaches receive the season schedules. Will manage the snack bar, team pictures, apparel sales, beef and beer fund raising and offer general assistance in all team activities. Shall be responsible for taking minutes of any meeting wherein the Secretary is absent. Perform other duties as may be requested by the President.
The Head Coach shall be responsible for the dual meet line-up, individual rankings of each wrestler, and coordination of practices among each flight. Head Coach shall assign duties to assistant coaches as the Head Coach deems necessary.
